Churroslocos Story

Churroslocos is a family-owned business who bring a taste of Latin desserts to the UK. Churroslocos only serve the freshest products. The churros are cooked in front of you then coated with either sugar or cinnamon sugar served alongside a range of 10 different dipping sauces such as Strawberries, Dulce de Leche and 4 types of Chocolate. We also offer a selection of 16 Handmade Artisan Gelatos that come in classic flavours such as Vanilla, Chocolate and Strawberry but also Pistachio and Passionfruit Cheesecake. To top it off, they serve 7 different bean to cup coffees and the best Chai Latte and Luxury Hot Chocolate in town!

With sites already located in Milton Keynes, Manchester Arndale Centre, Peterborough and Derby, Churroslocos are embarking on a new journey-franchising!

Whilst we would love to see your passion for Churroslocos your personal investment is not only in your time and effort, there is also a financial commitment. We have put together a low cost investment package-

One-Off Franchise Fee – £9,995

A weekly low fixed Royalty Fee

A monthly fixed Marketing Fee

Your principle build and installation costs of the kiosk, container or retail space are in the region of £80,000 to £90,000 depending on the location and site.

Churroslocos offers a full “turn-key fit-out solution” so that whilst you and your team are training your retail unit is being built and installed.

We would expect a franchisee to have access to at least 50% of the total investments cost in liquid funds.

We have relationships with a number of key lenders (subject to status) in the franchise market, both traditional lending facilities as well as access to asset financing.

What experience do I need to have?
You don’t need to have experience as we can train and support you BUT, we do want you to demonstrate a passion for the food and also building successful Teams.
Can I operate multiple sites in my territory?
Absolutely, during the recruitment phase we offer this type of operation and will business plan accordingly. Depending upon your territory you could even have a combination of kiosks, containers or small retail space.
Will I have to arrange for my kiosk to be built?
Absolutely not!
Once we have secured a location we will arrange for a full turn-key solution for you so that you can focus on your training and building your team.
What is the typical investment level that are required per site?
There will always be a little variance based on the site chosen but in general the total investment will be between £80,000 and £90,000 including fees and all property and equipment.

In terms of your own personal investment we would expect you to have a minimum of 50% of the total investment cost in liquid assets. We also have relationships with a number of major funding institutions who can provide further support.
How much can I earn?
Once we have had an initial chat we are happy to provide you with a full Business Planning Kit that will share all the key financial information with you that will enable you to build your Business Plan and understand the revenue and profit streams.
What Fees do I pay?
A low entry level upfront Franchise Fee (£9,995) that will provide a great package of training and support to you and your Team in order to get your operating effectively.

A fixed monthly Management Services Fee for all your on-going support

A fixed monthly Marketing Levy that is used to promote the brand nationally and in your territory
Where can I open a Churroslocos Franchise and will my territory be exclusive?
Franchisees will be given an exclusive territory so that they can grow their own business and each territory offers an excellent opportunity to build a highly profitable and successful business in a large geographic area.
Can I sell my Franchise?
Yes, our renewable 5 year Franchise Agreement allows our Franchisees to sell their business subject to a number of simple conditions.
